
I decided to make another post about my Matcha obsession. I adore the Matcha Chillers from Starbucks and Second Cup. I was just looking up the nutrition information for them and here is to comparing two different ones. These are the nutrition information for both 16oz Chillers both made with 2% milk. These comparisons are for a medium in Second Cup which is a Grande in Starbucks.
1) Matcha Green Tea Chiller from Second Cup

2) Tazo® Green Tea Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage

I think after seeing these, I rather go with the Second Cup Matcha Chiller. It's cheaper (with a SPC card, you get to upsize your beverage for free), it has 15mg of cholesterol compared to 50mg from Starbucks, it has the same level of protein and calcium, and calorie wise, it has only 190 calories compared to 430 from Starbucks. Another thing is that it has 3.5g of fat compared to 14g from Starbucks. Clearly, its a better, healthier choice.
